The judging process aims to diagnose the scientific knowledge production and / or technological research. MOSTRATEC signs agreements with universities, public and private companies that refer teachers and professional researchers to join the board of judges.
Besides those judges, engineers, physicians, biologists, psychologists and other experts are invited by MOSTRATEC. These professionals do not have any kind of working relationship with Fundação Liberato nor with the schools that participate in MOSTRATEC in order to guarantee the impartiality and transparency of the process.
