Mostratec happens in person at Fenac in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul.
TRANSFER AIRPORT/FENAC:
Due to the historic flood that hit the State of Rio Grande do Sul in May this year, Salgado Filho International Airport, in Porto Alegre, is not yet ready for landings and takeoffs. Currently, flights arrive and depart from the Canoas Air Base, which is operating on an interim basis until the reestablishment of full operations. Boarding and disembarking are being conducted at the passenger terminal, at Salgado Filho, in Porto Alegre. This emergency operation only includes regional flights, international flights must connect in São Paulo, or choose to land at another international airport.
The landing options in the state are: Canoas Air Base Airport (neighboring city of Porto Alegre); Caxias do Sul Regional Airport – Hugo Cantergiani (which is 1h30min from Novo Hamburgo); Pelotas International Airport – João Simões Lopes Neto (which is 3h40min from Novo Hamburgo); Passo Fundo Regional Airport – Lauro Kurtz (which is 4h30min from Novo Hamburgo).
The closest option in Santa Catarina is Florianópolis International Airport – Hercílio Luz (which is 6 hours from Novo Hamburgo). For international arrivals directly in Florianópolis, there is the option of hiring ground transportation (bus) to Novo Hamburgo directly with the companies Santa Cruz and Via Sul. Available times and prices can be searched on the website https://queropassagem.com.br/, on their own expense.
For those arriving in Canoas, the official transportation for the Fair is the metro system (opening hours: daily – 5am to 11:20 pm – Brasília Time). When the metro system is not available the delegations should use alternative transport, on their own. Please note that any other costs involved in travel will be the responsibility of the finalists. Unfortunately, MOSTRATEC will not be able to cover transfers to flights originating from other airports.

The Transportation Committee will be welcoming the delegations in the lobby of Salgado Filho Airport (Porto Alegre – RS) on October 20th and 21st.
All the delegations must send an e-mail to transporte@liberato.com.br informing the date of arrival, departure city and flight number.

If you are not at a Official Hotel you should book/organize your transportation on your own. The Award Ceremony starts punctually at 8 pm. Arrive at least 15 minutes before. The entrance is not allowed after the doors are closed.
